Mystery Shopping
In a mystery shop, a Consumer Impressions Shopper will frequent your restaurant as an average customer. They will observe the events that take place within your business during the visit. Once they have left your business they will fill out a survey form which describes in detail the specifics of the visit. Quality of the customer service received will be incorporated, as well as appearance of facility.Benefit: Unbiased feedback from a consumer within three to five working days of a visit to your facility.
Comment Card Program
Comment card data can be collected by two methods. CI can create a program specific to your business, or analyze the data collected by your existing program. Your existing program can be enhanced by the addition of mystery shoppers to focus on key areas of concern.Benefit: Provides existing consumers with a vehicle to communicate with you regarding experiences when visiting your facility.
In Store and Promotional Audits
Many of our clients execute promotions in numerous markets and with a variety of retail partners. The client does not have the manpower or resources to audit each promotional partner and their various locations to verify product availability, in store point of purchase, suggestive selling, or other criteria negotiated. Because of our advertising, media and promotion background, we have established a division that audits promotions of this nature.Benefit: Allows the client to evaluate its promotional partners performance, promotional value and effectiveness.
