Consumer Impressions is available to assist potential and existing franchise owners and co-operative groups in evaluating their business and its future growth. Mystery shopping, local store marketing, promotions, administrative accounting and customer service training can be utilized by a single unit and/or group.

 

• Customer Service Consultation

Consumer Impressions has developed a program that focuses on customer issues and employee interaction. Training sessions, feedback and evaluation of employee customer service is designed to assist the business owner in developing a customer oriented employee.

 

• Out of Home Advertising Audits

Many advertisers purchase Outdoor billboards, airport signage and various other out of home mediums sight unseen. Our service provides photographs and other pertinent information regarding location, visibility, competitors and lighting to assist the advertiser in selecting the best venue for their product. CI regularly audits the outdoor signage to insure that a client's advertising is posted correctly and is maintained according to their contract. A written completion and continued maintenance report accompanied by a photograph is part of this service.
